With all due respect, a quick search reveals that “The Olive Press” actually is already being used for many different companies, ranging from publishers of religious books to businesses that are actually related to the production of olive oil. If you’re truly concerned about the dilution of your trademark within the business world, I’m afraid the cat’s already out of the bag.

Also, it must be noted that I am not “a company.” It strikes me as incredibly petty to go after a personal web site with a small readership and no commercial interest for a phrase that, without making light of the fact, I still insist is a common phrase.
